What is your return policy?

Custom Orders

  • All custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please double-check sizing, colors, and design details before placing your order.

Non-Custom Orders

  • Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

How to Start a Return

What is your turnaround time?

We strive to create and ship out all orders within 3 business days. Bulk orders may be longer depending on the quantity and complexity of design. If being shipped, please estimate about 14 business days for your items to arrive.

  • Wash in cold water with like colors.

  • Tumble dry on low or hang dry.

  • Avoid bleach and ironing directly over the design.

What happens if my order is lost or delayed?

Once your order is shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx). We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages, but we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping issues.
